The recruiting process is the series of steps that a company takes to identify, attract, and hire qualified applicants for open positions. It includes job analysis, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, performing skills assessments and verifications, and extending employment offers to the chosen applicant. Finding and hiring the best applicant for the job while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical requirements is the main goal of the hiring process. Effective hiring procedures are essential for drawing in top talent and keeping a strong workforce.

1. Pre Labor Approval

Following receipt of the company's formal demand letter, the document is submitted for pre-labor approval. The paper is examined and approved for further processing by Nepal's Department of Labor.

2. Advertisement

In order to gather documents, the authorized demand letter from Nepal's Labor Department is published in the country's daily or weekly newspaper. In order to gather information and documents, Prince Nepal H.R. Pvt. Ltd. also makes use of a variety of tools, including the internet, SMS, and telephone. Either direct candidates or sub-agents/marketing executives are used to gather the materials.

3. Candidate Screening/ Interview

According to the employer's requirements, we keep an up-to-date database of prospective employees that includes comprehensive details on their education, experience, technical know-how, and skills. The candidate will be shortlisted for a pre-interview by Prince Nepal H.R. Pvt. Ltd. The shortlisted candidates are given preference based on merit during the pre-interview, allowing everyone to have a chance. The employer or his representative will conduct the final interview with the shortlisted candidate, who will take an oral, written, and practical exam. We set up a Skype or phone interview if the employer or his representative is unavailable.

4. Communications

5. Medical Checkup

Only the chosen applicant will be sent to the medical facility approved by the Nepali government for a comprehensive medical examination. Candidates who are in good physical and mental health are allowed to sign the work contract and should be granted a visa.

6. Visa Processing

We provide the employer with all required documents, such as passport copies, photos, medical reports, experience certificates, etc., for the purpose of completing the visa application procedure.

7. Final Labor Approval

The Labor Department of Nepal receives all required paperwork for final approval and immigration clearance, including an original passport, a copy of the visa (original if not issued online), a medical report, an orientation certificate, and an insurance policy. After reviewing the materials, the Department of Labor grants final clearance.

8. Travel Arrangement

Upon receiving a passport with a visa endorsement or a paper visa, we forward the reservation to our travel agent or the airline directly to confirm seats at the closest airport in the country of origin. We send our employer the flight details as soon as the flight is confirmed, asking them to make arrangements for airport pickup and lodging.

1. Demand Letter

2. Power of Attorney

Addressed to authorizing Prince Nepal H.R. Pvt. Ltd. (License No. 1755/081/0082 Kathmandu Nepal to be a true and lawful attorney and agent of Nepal.

3. Service Agreement

Employing Company should provide us service agreement between the company and the recruitment agency in Nepal.

4. Employment Contract

One copy each signed and Sealed by the employer and employee.

5. Guarantee Letter

A signed and stamped copy by the employer company should be mentioned so that not to be deployed to other countries for work purposes.
